Cert cards are required by all divers, when signing in on the boats log, please print your name and certification number clearly.

All deck spots are first come first serve! During the day, between dives, do not move your tank from spot to spot. Select one spot and work from your gear bag. BIG THANKS.

Anyone taking game must have a current California fish and game license. You are responsible to know size, quantities, and season regulations.

PERSONAL ITEMS; toiletries – soap, shampoo, toothpaste, sun lotion, etc. Sleeping bags, Warm jacket / sweat shirt, towels, change of clothes, reading material, games, cards, video tapes, camera and film. (On the Truth Aquatics Conception DVD is available)

Charter includes all meals, snacks, fruits, drinks (BYOB), and air fills. Any special dietary needs must be registered at time of booking.

Aqua Adventures Unlimited charter policy: A deposit of $100.00 for a 2-day, $150.00 for a 3-day & $200.00 for a Limited load, per person is required ( with a deposit a bunk # will be assigned ).Full payment may be made at this time. Final payment is due 20 days prior to departure date. Any cancellations made greater than 20 days before departure are subject to a $25.00 service fee. Cancellations made between 20 & 10 days from charter date will have a service charge of 50% of your total charter cost. If cancellation is less than 10 days prior to departure date all fees & payments will be forfeited. The same policy applies to people wanting to be on a waiting list; however, if no space becomes available all fees will be refunded. If you must cancel your reservation & Aqua Adventures Unlimited can fill your spot, a small service fee will be charged. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

The cost of the trip does not include any gratuities. The TRUTH crew is always doing that little something special that makes your trip exceptional A $ 10.00 tip per day/per customer is customary
